Swimming Pool

Care and maintenance of the PH of the water in your pool. Clean pool covers, walls, bottom and filters. Control of the chlorine and guarantee the circulation of water for at least 24 hours a week.

Garden

We take care of your garden so that it always looks beautiful no matter what time of the year. To do this, we water and mow the lawn and remove leaves and other debris, such as resin and/or fallen fruit.

Terrace and Exteriors

We clean the floor with pressurised water once a week so that it always looks as bright and shiny as the first day, as well as pressurised air in areas where water cannot act. We also take care of the outdoor furniture.

Interiors

Even if they remain closed, it is very important to ventilate and eliminate humidity, so we turn on dehumidifiers in the different rooms on a weekly basis. In this way, we can postpone the need for frequent painting of the installations.

Care and Safety

We change the days and hours of maintenance of the villas on a weekly basis to obtain movement of entrances and exits in your villas. The goal is to avoid homes that spend the winter completely closed and lonely.
